These returns conditions apply to orders placed by consumers. This returns policy does not apply to orders placed by business customers. This is because business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.

Are you not satisfied with your parcel? That's annoying! Of course, we want to sort this out for you as quickly as possible. You can return a product within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Have you ordered several products and are they being delivered at different times? Then the 14-day return period starts the day after you receive the last product. If you have specified someone else to receive the order for you, the 14-day period starts the day after that person receives the order, or the last product included in that order.

The following conditions apply when you return an order:

The product is complete, in its original condition and undamaged;

The product has its original labels, tags and/or cards;

The product is (if possible) in its original undamaged packaging;

The product has not been installed using screws, glue or been mounted in any form. However, checking to see that the product fits without installing it is allowed.

How can I return my order?

Within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to return all or part of the products, you must return the products to us.

What are the costs for returning my order?

Returning our products is completely free of charge. The costs for returning the products are at your own expense. The risk of the return shipment is at your own expense.

What happens once I have returned my order?

We will send you a message when the return parcel reaches us, when we will process it, and when you will be refunded your money. If you return the whole package, we will also refund the delivery costs, unless you chose a delivery method a more expensive than in the initial order. In that case, we will refund only the standard shipping costs.

If your order is partially returned, we will not refund your shipping costs.

If the products you have returned are damaged or used, we may charge you a usage fee. We will offset that fee against the amount that is to be refunded to you.

The purchase price will not be refunded if the returned product is not received according to the conditions as required. The product will then remain your property and you must collect it within two (2) weeks. Upon request, the product can also be delivered, with the delivery costs to be borne by you.

How long will it take to get my purchase amount back?

Once we have received the request for a return, you will be refunded the purchase amount and any delivery costs within 14 days at the latest. We may withhold the refund until we receive the return or you provide proof that you have sent the return back. The amount will be credited back via your chosen payment method.

How do you refund the amount?

The amount to be refunded by us will be refunded to you by the same payment method you used for the purchase, unless we offer you the option to choose a different payment method for this purpose and you give your consent. We do not charge extra for this.
